Poor communication. Workers took off box for cable, dropped it and had to run all new line to get going again. Project manager was not on site but few times. Took off parts of my roof due to not going to the right home, and had to fix. Removed beams from front of house without consent. Left nails all over the yard and workers had a fowl mouth. When job was complete contractor decided to add on fees which were not in signed contract. A bate and switch. Tacking on fees after the job is complete saying he forgot to add to the contract, when clearly states all fees in contract

Although Home Advisor misstated the work to be done, Bryan was still kind enough to send Skip out to look at the work I needed done and gave me a good estimate. Sammy and his crew and Skip went above and beyond to finish the project to my satisfaction. The garage door wrap and finishing work is great and I truly appreciate the work performed by all involved.

Bryan and Skip presented themselves professionally and competent. The spoke as people who know the roofing business. They offered a broad selection of roofing shingles and were able to get a crew working quickly, as we were experiencing leakage in our family room ceiling. The roofing workers were excellent, cleanup was good and we feel very satisfied (and secure) beneath our new roof.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. I would reference this company to others that I know seeking roofing & exterior work. They were very nice on time and productive. The rain of August put a slow start and the inspectors but the service was excellent.

Replaced siding. They got things rolling right away. Lots of follow up. Helped e with the choices, had materials delivered and got stafted first of tbe next week. Worked very hard long days to complete quickly. Picked up at end of each day. Always checked with me to make sure they were doing what I really wanted. Couteous and friendly. Owner checked in oftemn hto make sure all was going well. They did everything right and at a very fair price, I love the way my housd looks with the new siding.

Were able to work within my budget and time frame. Good work.

Great job of communication from the time we first met all the way through follow up after the job was complete. We had to work around some thunderstorms and the crew did a great job of making sure they didn't leave anything exposed to the weather.

From the beginning Bryan was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the process and materials needed in detail. His crew was terrific. They worked hard and did a great job despite the cold temperatures. Great job guys! I would definitely recommend this company.

Bryan was very good at communicating with me at every turn. The subcontractors were all very polite and did their work well. We had a new front door and storm door installed that took a lot longer than expected. Also, the small amounts of material I'm finding around the house is a little concerning. Other than that the quality of work is what we wanted and the price was perfect for us. I would recommend Bryan to others.

Bryan Downs was excellent with the estimate and answered all our questions. He did not hesitate with requests and never hesitated to put anything in writing. He was the most honest (out of 7 companies I talked with), the most cost friendly and by far the easiest to work with. Within two days of putting earnest money down, the roof supplies and dumpster were delivered and the next day the roof was completely redone. The crew were fast and polite. Bryan was there at the beginning and the end and would not leave until he was sure we were satisfied with the job and had all questions answered. Great job Bryan and Paul Hamilton roofers!

The communication was poor. Their subcontractors apparently weren't briefed on what to do. We contracted for full soffit replacement, some trim repair, and new gutters. Their subcontractors hung the gutters, but never touched the soffit or the trim as we had specified. They had to come back and remove the gutters so the soffit / trim work could be done. The materials for that work were left in the driveway on a Friday night, even though they weren't going to start until Monday. I had informed them at the outset that we were not living there, so my wife and I got up very early on Saturday morning to move the materials into the garage so they would still be there for Monday. The overall quality of the the work appears to be good, but time will tell.

I would recommend this company. Great team, Bryan was the Sales Rep who was very good at keeping me informed as well as gave me great ideas on down spout issue.

I used Paul Hamilton Roofing to handle an insurance claim on my house. They helped me get more things covered from my insurance company than was originally included on my estimate. They were very friendly and helped explain the insurance claim process as well. I would recommend them.

They did a great job on the siding but I would go with someone else for windows. They used subcontractors that didn't do the greatest job.
