"We had a great experience with this company! From start to finish, their customer service was amazing. They were very patient and kind with my mother, and since she is elderly, that meant a lot to us. They made us feel comfortable right away. The team did an excellent job and completed the project in a timely manner. I live out of town, but they kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I knew exactly what was being done at my mother?s home. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!"

"Miguel came to my rescue! He came the same day I called. I ordered an industrial dog kennel 10x10 with a roof. Not only did he put it up correctly in a timely fashion, but he pointed out that the safety anchors were not durable for the Nebraska wind. He took the time to make a solution so the kennel was properly secured. Miguel does other projects such as painting, tile, epoxy and I look forward to using his services in the future as this was not a typical job he does but he was up to help me! If you want someone trustworthy, dependable and more than capable he’s the man to call!"

"My electric dryer stopped working yesterday. I found Tim on Home Advisor. I called him last night, and he was here before noon today. He was here for over an hour, and got the dryer working. With Tim's guidance, we decided we needed to buy a new dryer. Tim was professional, prompt, clean, and an excellent communicator, and he charged us his rate for a service call. We will definitely call Tim again for home repairs. He is very versatile."

"Absolutely Thrilled with Our Dream Bathroom! We recently had our master bathroom completely remodeled by Pablo and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. R&P HomeFix LLC was incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. They took the time to truly understand our vision and offered helpful suggestions along the way. The initial estimate was clear and accurate, and there were no hidden surprises or unexpected costs. The craftsmanship is impeccable. The tile work is stunning, the fixtures are top-notch, and every detail was executed with precision. They were also very respectful of our home, ensuring everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the project. We were particularly impressed with their problem-solving skills when an unexpected issue arose, their patience in helping you choose materials, their willingness to accommodate a special request. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the final result exceeded our expectations. We now have a beautiful and functional bathroom that we absolutely love! We highly recommend Pablo to ANYONE considering a bathroom lo remodel."

Caulking Services questions, answered by experts

Start your mailbox repair planning by calling Nebraska 811 at least two business days before digging. Check local right-of-way regulations and verify HOA rules regarding style and color. Schedule concrete pouring between late spring and early fall, avoiding temperatures that drop below freezing within 48 hours. Contact your local NE post office to hold your mail during the project.

Helpful?

Keep children and pets completely away from the mailbox repair area. Omaha curbside placements sit directly adjacent to city streets, making this a hazardous roadside work zone. Winter conditions involving ice, road salt, and snowplows increase these dangers significantly. You must also keep family members away from wet concrete, which is necessary to securely anchor posts in local clay soils.

Helpful?

New Omaha homeowners should start with safety and maintenance tasks: test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, change exterior locks, and inspect the HVAC system for seasonal readiness. Check for signs of basement moisture, clean gutters, and trim overhanging tree branches to prevent storm damage. Sealing windows and doors, tuning up the furnace, and inspecting attic insulation are smart steps to prepare for Omaha’s changing seasons.

Helpful?

Annual mailbox repair maintenance involves inspecting posts each spring for frost heave and resetting them below the 36-inch frost line. You should check for structural damage after severe thunderstorms or winter snowplow strikes. Omaha homeowners must also inspect metal hinges, flags, and posts for rust and corrosion caused by heavy road salt usage. File a claim with the city for direct snowplow damage.

Helpful?

Choose moisture-resistant post materials to withstand heavy clay soils and prevent rot during your mailbox repair. Select corrosion-resistant metal hardware and posts to combat the heavy road salt used in NE. Ensure you use enough concrete to set the post 36 inches deep, preventing frost heave and resisting high winds. Always purchase a replacement unit that meets standard USPS dimensions.
