"This project was completed in 2019. Approximately 5 months after the completion, I was contacted by the homeowner of an issue with a plumbing leak. I asked to talk to the plumber the homeowner hired, to verify where it was coming from. I called the plumbing company multiple times and never got a response back. I had the homeowner call the plumbing company to have them call me and let me know what the issue was caused by. No response. I cannot go to my insurance company with a claim without some idea of how a leak came about 5 months after use. I have been in business for 30 years and have never left a customer high and dry. In my 30 + years of doing contracting, I do know that some businesses come in and will state some things to make more money. Just saying, the lack of calling me back, is a big deal and very unprofessional. This is damaging to both the homeowner and the contractor."
