"The team was professional and punctual, and the deal was a good deal. However, the job done was so-so. They did a good job with the furnace cut-out and repair, but they missed one air intake. They also left black hose marks on a few of the walls. Nice enough guys, and I think if the house was smaller they would have done a better job. I do think the ducts that were cleaned, are clean, so that is positive.

"Serviceman (Scott) was prompt, polite, respectful and professional. The repair took 2 visits because parts had to be ordered, but he had the parts within 2 days and worked me back into his schedule very well and I was very, very pleased. The price was certainly affordable, and he had it fixed in 15-20 minutes. Some people complain about the cost of parts versus short repair time, but they shouldn't forget the value received - it was worth every bit. The only caution I have is the lady answering the phone to set this up was short with me and I would have terminated my order based on that alone, except I have used Affordable before (even before there was Angie's List) and have never been disappointed. I would only say watch those first impressions some customers might get on the initial phone call. The service and value tho is outstanding and I wouldn't consider a different company and will always refer this one to others.
