He's excellent. This guy does great work. I have used them for 25 to 30 years. He's very good. If you have a dire situation, they come as soon as they can. For regular routine stuff, they're always on time. They're very prompt. They put on those little things on their shoes.

After trying to get parts ordered through the first provider, I finally got sick of not hearing anything from them and called Flynn on Monday morning. They were able to come out later that day, do an inspection to determine which parts were necessary (and show me which parts were necessary), and then place the order for the parts that same day. They came back out later that same week (I think it was the next day) to do the final installation of the parts and get the unit back into working order.

I am very impressed with them and would definitely use them again. This is a company that I feel I can depend on whether in an emergency situation or just day-to-day maintenance.

I called about 11 a.m., when I noticed that my air conditioner wasn't cooling the house.  Phil called back in just a few minutes and  I described what was going on ( no cold air, fan working, lines iced up inside and out), saying that I was afraid that our 22 year old unit had finally given up. He said that the symptoms I described sounded like low freon and he would be there soon, as he was nearby.  He came over in less than an hour, checked a few things and said it was low freon but he needed to let the icing melt. He asked if it would be okay if he took care of something else while that was happening. I said that was fine, he warned me that there would be melting inside and a puddle on the  floor (so I could get it cleaned up and leave a towel to absorb any more, and he left for a little while. He returned  added the needed freon and left.  A less honest person could easily have agreed that my air conditioner was beyond help and recommended that he install a new one (although Phil did warn me that he would be surprised if the old one cooled very well at the start of next summer, that it would probably need freon again). Phil has never charged unreasonably high prices, and has diagnosed some problems as minor things and shown me how to fix them myself next time.  

Our AC quit cooling. We called Flynns and they came out. I think it was two days later, test and fixed it. We've used them many times and they have been able to make it within one day.

I would highly recommend Flynn Heating & Air Conditioning. They were very professional and punctual. They replaced my AC with a 3 ton Rheem Unit that has been working flawlessly, They honored the Angies' List coupon and billed me after the work was done and the unit as tested for over a month. 
I will use them again in the future.
