They actually were able to come and install a day ahead of schedule to avoid one of our rainy days. Installer was courteous and friendly and careful to clean up any mess that he made during the process.
The newly installed windows are good looking, quiet, leak free so far and easy to operate. We will definitely be using them again to do the rest of the windows, as well as a sliding glass door replacement. We really couldn't be happier with the product, the service or the value.
