He did not want to charge me any more than the fee to come out because he felt like he really did not do that much. He was very nice. I have used them before and would recommend them at any time. He was only here about half-an-hour. I have zero complaints.

I called Andy's around 8 a.m. Monday morning, (for a squealing dryer), and had a general appointment time set up for the following morning. They called later in the afternoon with a firm time range. The technician called prior to his arrival, within the time frame.  The technician was pleasant, dropped his shoes at the door, and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. He gave me a prompt estimate, and  he had the repair kit on his truck. Thus, the entire diagnosis and repair was quick and easy. He checked the dryer function prior to departure, As to price, their trip charge seems a little pricey at $79, and the fee for the part seemed high, yet I have no real basis for comparison. I have used Andy's before, and been very pleased. In fact a previous diagnosis and assessment  on an another appliance last year,  enabled me to make an  appeal, and receive a new one.  I have no criticism, and only praise for this company. My only beef is that 4 year old dryers should not require new ball bearings and a belt so soon-I've never owned a dryer that needed a repair at such a relatively new age.

They were very upfront with me. They tech told me that it would be cheaper to purchase a new one then to fix it.

I had contacted Samsung for warranty service on my clothes dryer.  The machine was just over a year old and had stopped blowing hot air - only cool air.  Thus it wouldn't dry clothes well at all.
Samsung, when they eventually got back to me, sent a dispatch request to Andy's Appliance Repair.  They said I should get a call from Andy's within a day or two, but they gave me the phone number in case I didn't hear from Andy's, so I could call them.
About an hour later (early afternoon) I had a call from Andy's,  The scheduler was very courteous and professional.  He arranged to have someone at my home the very next morning between 8 and 10.  The technician called me the next day at around 9:30 to let me know he was on his way.  He showed up on time and went right to work.
Now the dryer is in a challenging position - stacked on a washer in a narrow, shallow closet.  The closet ceiling is high enough, but the door to the closet only clears the top of the dryer by a couple of inches.  I'm always daunted to have to mess with pulling it out or getting behind it, but the technician - Wayne - didn't really complain.  He'd brought some skid pads to insert under the feet of the washer so he could slide the whole stacked pair out without jacking up my vinyl floor any worse than it already was.
He just got to work, pulled it out far enough while taking care of my property, disassembled nearly the entire dryer, and discovered that the heating element was shot.  He couldn't say for sure whether it had just gone bad or if it might have fried because of a clogged exhaust vent.  My vent is on the roof and it was snowing fiercely at the time, so I wasn't about to climb up there and check it.  Wayne said they don't climb on roofs, and I can understand that (nor did I ask him to).  But since there was some doubt as to the core cause of the issue, Wayne replaced the heating element with a new one that has a higher thermostat limit, under warranty.  He had the whole unit back together within about 10 minutes, good as new.  And now it works nicely once again.
Overall, Wayne was courteous and very professional.  He did a great job of sizing up the situation, making the decision that best met my needs, and taking care of everything without any hesitation.  He took his shoes off on the way in, and showed good attention to detail.  He's a credit to Andy's, and I'll be calling them in the future for all appliance work.
I'm extremely impressed by the entire experience.  This is *exactly* the way a service company should do business, and there are of plenty others that could take a lesson from Andy's.
I can't comment on price because the work was done under warranty, but it's hard to argue with results.  I'd be willing to pay extra for prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, effective service like this.

From the time of my call requesting service to the time of my refrigerator being fixed was about a day and a half, and that includes them having to order the parts.  (It turned out that the parts were available from their Omaha facility, and they had someone deliver them.)

The service man was friendly, and helpful in explaining to me all the problems, and that this machine was old 1996, it would cost a few hundred dollars to fix, said I should look in to buying a new washer and dryer. I should also not use it again because if it breaks any more it could leak a lot of water and damage my home plus damage those living below me.

We called for an appointment on the 19th. They made the appointment for the 20th. They called us the afternoon of the 19th to confirm the appointment. The repairman called on the 20th to let us know he was on his way. He removed his shoes at the door. During the repair process he told my husband everything he was doing. The washer repair went very well. The cost of the dryer repair was more than we wanted to spend. We were very pleased with the service and would call on them again.

I just had someone come in today, and he was absolutely fantastic.  He was very nice, he knew what he was doing, and he did everything to make it work. I had been working with someone for a month, and it just wasn't working out, and he is so much better.

I would highly recommend Andy's Appliance. The technician, Adam, identified the problem and even found that the part was covered under warranty!! I did pay for labor but considering the hours put in over 2 visits I found this reasonable.  He explained everything to me and I felt "in the loop" during my repair. I appreciated this, as some repairmen never tell you anything until it is time to write the check. The service professional, on time and reasonably priced. I was very impressed with their business.

Just fine- coordinating them getting into the house - they called us with the diagnosis and what it would cost - we approved and paid and they emailed us a bill. Worked out well and we appreciate we did not need to stay at home to let them in

The technician called to let me know he could come earlier than the scheduled time frame which was great. He arrived and explained the cost of the replacement.  He showed me the broken part and explained the replacement process.  He also asked if I was a senior (for discount) and asked if I had a coupon.  I was able to search and find a coupon in the phone book.

I have done business with Andy's for a number of years, and have always been happy with the service, the servicemen, and the cost.  They repair all or most brands, and will special order parts if necessary.  I  recomment them to friends when they need repairmen.  I don't believe people will be disappointed in Andy's - I never have been.

I called Andys Appliance repair in the late morning to have my oven looked at and repaired.  They were able to send someone out that day.  They gave me a 2 hour window, and they called before coming and showed up in the first 30mins of the expected 2 hours.  They checked the oven out, figured out what was wrong, and had the part on hand so another worker drove it out here.  The technician removed the old and installed the new one, put my oven back to together, and we finished up with the payment.  He was in and out in under an hour even with someone having to bring the part out.  The technician was very nice and had to wait for me a few times when I was busy with household matters, and didn't like his time was more important than mine, and had no qualms waiting.

While the price was high (however it probably would have been worse else
where) the service was tremendous.  They were prompt and friendly.
They called the day before and then just before they left for the
house. Sadly they had to order the part but they called as soon as it came in and we scheduled the day to do the repair.
