We specialize in providing cleaning solutions for all types of rugs. If you have a rug you love, whether it be a hand made silk rug or a Wal-Mart special rug, we can help! We also have a very tedious carpet cleaning process that guarantees results or you get your money back! Additionally, we do upholstery cleaning. We couldn’t be happier with the turnout of our entire home carpet cleaning! There were a few stains in a spare bedroom and grease under the treadmill on the downstairs family room carpet. Stains were removed and the entire house looks wonderful! Thank you ProCare Cleaning!

Outstanding service all the way around. When Jonathan was finished with the carpet cleaning, the heavily soiled foot traffic areas were just as clean as the rest of the carpet. This company is very easy to work with and performs quality work. I highly recommend Pro Care Cleaning.

In preparation to begin renting out my newly remodeled basement, I contacted Jonathan at Pro Care, after my good friend and neighbor recommended them, specifically for difficult stains and pet impacted carpeting and rugs. Jonathan was very professional and accommodating over the phone; I called on a Monday hoping to get someone in to clean our carpets and rugs by the end of the week, and Jonathan made it happen, even though I got the sense they were booked through the end of the week. He arrived with his assistant Justin, and both were polite and professional in person. Prior to beginning, we walked through all carpeted spaces; Jonathan described the process in detail, including aftercare, then gave me an estimate/final invoice, which was very reasonable. They worked quickly, but very thoroughly, humoring my dog as she wandered around to watch what they were doing. After completion, Jonathan reviewed aftercare, and provided me with a free bottle of stain treatment for future incidents and plastic booties for our shoes to use while the carpets were drying. I wish I had taken a before pictures of the carpet so people could witness the amazing difference. They were able to turn parts of our carpets almost black from wear back to new and remove several difficult stains, leaving our 10 year old carpets looking pretty much new. We were very pleased with the affordable, high-quality work done by Pro Care and will definitely be working with the company again in the future.

Did a fantastic job! Our 8 year old, light green upholstered kitchen chairs that have been through the works with our 4 1/2 year old and 3 year old look just like new. They even got blue permanent marker out of the 3 chairs that had been drawn on. Very polite and considerate. Will use them again and highly recommend.

They were very professional and did an excellent job. It took almost 3 hours for them to complete the job and the carpets looked brand new! The biggest negative is they charged almost $500 for the job. Again they did an excellent job but I will probably not hire again because I cannot afford their pricing for something another company could do for significantly less money.

We received outstanding service with Pro Care Carpet Cleaning. Jonathan and his team were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They arrived on time to give us a bid for the job; they gave us a courtesy/reminder phone call the day before our scheduled day of cleaning; they arrived on time to complete the job; and their work was excellent. They removed years of pet stains and soil from our white carpets, which now look almost new. They answered all of our questions about the process in detail, and even left us with a few really good tips on how to deal with stains in the future. They were very detailed in their work, and went out of their way to repair minor snags and other blemishes in the carpet that we weren’t even aware existed. They exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely use Pro Care for future rug and carpet cleaning needs. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks, Pro Care!

Johnathan and his father showed up as promised. They have up to date and well maintained equipment and take pride in their work. They were at the house for about 3 hours and feel the price was fair for the work performed. I'm going to call them again next year to clean again.

My husband and I are expecting a baby in August and we needed to have the baby's room cleaned due to some accidents from our dog. ProCare came in and the room looks amazing now. We also had our living room in the basement cleaned due to some spills that have happened since we bought the house. One of those spills was from a wax warmer. My husband and I tried and tired to get it out. You can't even tell where the wax was spilt now due to the cleaning.

They arrived on time and explained all the work and how it was going to be done. They were very willing to answer all my questions and did so very HONESTLY which i appreciated. They took great care to protect my furniture and walls from any damage that might happen with the equipment they used. The job they did was very professional and timely and had several options to cover what you would want done.. For me i am extremely happy with the outcome and that they did the job..To be honest if you want the service that you feel you deserve for the money that you pay and want the best job possible then there no other option you need to contact and have ProCare Cleaning to your carpet.. Wow! Outstanding service, highly recommend! Extremely professional, courteous and trustworthy. Plus, they were the first company to clean my carpets and when the carpet dried, the stains didn't reappear. Previous companies made the carpet look clean but when it dried, all the stains were still there.
