They came in twice a day to oversee their crew. The work was was outstanding and done in 3 days compared to other companies that were saying the project would take a week to 2 weeks to complete. She was very professional and took the time to answer any questions, even if it was on a weekend. The project was managed very well. All done within the timeframe agreed upon. I would have given them a 5, but they did not remove the light and plug fixtures before painting. It was my understanding that they would. They were very easy to get to and would have taken very little time. I removed anything else that was attached that was not to be painted. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any future projects"

"Ryan is very responsive, but a lot of the details (trim, corners, clean up) in the the job were poorly done for the tiles and carpentry. There were some significant mistakes around executing the asked for design that ended up causing delays and costing more money. If you hire him, you should check his crew work routinely so mistakes can be corrected. He is really good at fixing the mistakes while the job is ongoing. Unfortunately, I have been finding things a month later and fixing them now would be cost prohibited."
