"Ross and the Emerald Pro crew were fantastic to work with! They painted the exterior of our house in October. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future for all of my painting needs. Ross was quick to respond when we reached out. We set up time for an estimate quickly and he did a great job explaining the process, the paint they use and answered all of my questions. We had some exterior repairs that we were locked into a contract with another company to complete but Ross was flexible in working with us, putting us on his schedule after the repairs were done but before the exterior paint season ended because of cool weather (dew). Next time, if I need repairs, I’ll be using Ross and company to get this done as they found quite a few places that needed repair which the other contractor missed. Ross was a great communicator, was very clear in estimated costs and followed up throughout the process to see if we had any questions. Cannot thank him and the crew enough for a great job done!"

"CertaPro did a very nice job. It looked great. I had many neighbors compliment me about the quality and color selection. Ann Marie was the sales associate I worked with. She was very professional and took the time to answer any questions, even if it was on a weekend. The project was managed very well. All done within the timeframe agreed upon. I would have given them a 5, but they did not remove the light and plug fixtures before painting. It was my understanding that they would. They were very easy to get to and would have taken very little time. I removed anything else that was attached that was not to be painted. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any future projects"

"Ryan is very responsive, but a lot of the details (trim, corners, clean up) in the the job were poorly done for the tiles and carpentry. There were some significant mistakes around executing the asked for design that ended up causing delays and costing more money. If you hire him, you should check his crew work routinely so mistakes can be corrected. He is really good at fixing the mistakes while the job is ongoing. Unfortunately, I have been finding things a month later and fixing them now would be cost prohibited."
