"CertaPro did a very nice job. It looked great. I had many neighbors compliment me about the quality and color selection. Ann Marie was the sales associate I worked with. She was very professional and took the time to answer any questions, even if it was on a weekend. The project was managed very well. All done within the timeframe agreed upon. I would have given them a 5, but they did not remove the light and plug fixtures before painting. It was my understanding that they would. They were very easy to get to and would have taken very little time. I removed anything else that was attached that was not to be painted. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any future projects"

He was prompt, persistent and proficient with an eye for detail while focusing on the job at hand. Watching the care he took in his painting, including removing old paint coatings, applying various finishes, including primer, sealer and two coats of high quality paint, he also took the time to obtain the desired color needed. Along with all this, his pricing was more than fair for a job well done. Also, he wouldn’t accept my check until I approved all his work. Now that’s something you don’t experience everyday. "This was not the cheapest quote for a retaining wall however owner took time to fully explain the specifics of job and was able to work with us to do work timely since we were dealing with water issues. Excellent work completed and wall looks great while solving our landscape issues. They also built a platform deck for our above ground pool to allow easy pool access. Again quality work completed as promised. Owner frequently on site during construction and was available if we had questions. Would use this company again."
