Mandy was great ! She explained how and what things would be done when I inquired about hiring for painting. I have never hired painters before , so this was a new process for me . Jarod was good . He came over and looked at the finished project and took care of a few small details . Joel was great in gathering and verifying what we wanted done .

CertaPro did a very nice job. It looked great. I had many neighbors compliment me about the quality and color selection. Ann Marie was the sales associate I worked with. She was very professional and took the time to answer any questions, even if it was on a weekend. The project was managed very well. All done within the timeframe agreed upon. I would have given them a 5, but they did not remove the light and plug fixtures before painting. It was my understanding that they would. They were very easy to get to and would have taken very little time. I removed anything else that was attached that was not to be painted. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any future projects

I understood they couldn’t give a price for taking the wallpaper down until they started. I work 12hr nights, and do not live in the home being worked on, I asked the employee to call or text me with any problems or needs. No one ever called until the owner Mr.Esser reached out, to tell me $1,100 was added to my quote! I felt cheated and blindsided! Mr. Esser actually accused me of “not checking in”. (Never mind it actually states on their website they will provide daily updates!) I should have received a phone call the second day of work when they charged me $608. They should have explained the extensive work and given us the option to come and see for ourselves. I am not in the painting business and would have appreciated some common courtesy in explaining what was being done....as I have experienced with other reputable businesses. I will never use them again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

They came one day and did all the power wash and they came another day and filled holes and stuff like that. Then the third day they started the painting part way through the day and then they came the next day and finished it up by about noon or one o'clock. The lady that came in was very good at explaining how they did things.
