CertaPro did a very nice job. It looked great. I had many neighbors compliment me about the quality and color selection. Ann Marie was the sales associate I worked with. She was very professional and took the time to answer any questions, even if it was on a weekend. The project was managed very well. All done within the timeframe agreed upon. I would have given them a 5, but they did not remove the light and plug fixtures before painting. It was my understanding that they would. They were very easy to get to and would have taken very little time. I removed anything else that was attached that was not to be painted. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any future projects

CertaPro is very professional and courteous. They do the job to your satisfaction every time. Their crew is always on time and always cleans up before leaving for the day. Jarrod and Jodi both make sure to understand your needs before the job begins and checks in to ensure everything is going as expected. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a house painter.

The job was excellent, and they were extremely quick. They carefully did a lot of touch-up work to ensure that everything looked perfect before they left.

I understood they couldn’t give a price for taking the wallpaper down until they started. I work 12hr nights, and do not live in the home being worked on, I asked the employee to call or text me with any problems or needs. No one ever called until the owner Mr.Esser reached out, to tell me $1,100 was added to my quote! I felt cheated and blindsided! Mr. Esser actually accused me of “not checking in”. (Never mind it actually states on their website they will provide daily updates!) I should have received a phone call the second day of work when they charged me $608. They should have explained the extensive work and given us the option to come and see for ourselves. I am not in the painting business and would have appreciated some common courtesy in explaining what was being done....as I have experienced with other reputable businesses. I will never use them again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Excellent. Did a very nice job of painting and cleaning up when complete. Well worth the time and money !!

They came one day and did all the power wash and they came another day and filled holes and stuff like that. Then the third day they started the painting part way through the day and then they came the next day and finished it up by about noon or one o'clock. The lady that came in was very good at explaining how they did things.

Excellent project management, high quality work, very easy to work with, would absolutely use them again.

CertaPro did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were dependable and followed through on every commitment. Their team from quote to management overseeing the project to the painters who did the work were all excellent!

The estimator showed up on time and after about two hours had a detailed list with the quote, which I appreciated.  I thought it was pretty high but some others had already said the job wasn't something they "enjoyed" doing.  Turns out it was lead paint so there was an additional charge (tested on-site so the quote included it) and I signed at that time.  Due to weather they could not start when they wanted to but when they did the job they were very professional and only took a couple of days.  The first day was to remove the lead paint (as best they could) and gather it up for disposal.  There wasn't a flake left on the lawn.  The next day they did the actual painting.  When I noticed that they had not painted something they agreed to do verbally but was not in the contract they came out the same day and fixed it.

Let me preface this by saying that I have done all my own painting, staining, and finishing for many years.    However, I felt that staining and finishing so much cabinetry and woodwork might best be done by a professional.  All the cabinets and woodwork were custom-made so I wanted the best possible finish to protect and preserve them.  As long as I was going to hire someone to do that, I figured I may as well have them paint while they were here. I thought that professional painters would do at least as good a job as I could do and save me some time.   WRONG!!  
CertaPro painters were punctual. They used good paint in the colors I selected.  They did a satisfactory job of cleaning up after themselves. They were polite. Other than that it was a DISASTER!
While the stain is done pretty well, the finish on the wet bar is thin and uneven. The cabinet doors on the wet bar were rehung on the wrong cabinets. They weren't off by just a bit - but by inches. For example, the cabinet doors on the sink base actually overlapped each other by a couple of inches.  (I have pictures if you would like to see them.)  When I questioned the CertaPro agent he suggested that perhaps his people inhaled too many fumes and laughed.  We had to pay the cabinet makers to come to rehang them correctly.  
  The finish on the woodwork and doors is also thin and uneven.  One big door that slides like a barn door and has leaded glass inserts was particularly bad - they completely missed places around the trim for the glass inserts.  They returned to fix it two times without really doing anything.  The third time they used a "puffer" can to touch it up.  However, the finish in the "puffer" was a gloss finish.  The door was done in a satin finish. The fourth time they sent a different person who refinished the entire door properly.
 All other doors were hung perfectly by the carpenter before CertaPro started.  Instead of just removing the doors from the hinges by pulling the pins then masking the hinges before staining and finishing, CertaPro took off all the hinges from doors and door jambs and tossed them in a box without any attempt to keep track of which hinges go where.  They put the doors back up but none of them hung correctly.  We had to have the carpenter come back and rehang them.
 CertaPro put primer and paint on the walls - period.  They masked where necessary, wiped the wall down a bit, primed, and painted.  No other prep work was done.  Not that much was needed because it is new construction, but anyone that has painted much knows the the most important part of any paint job is the prep.  There's alway a spot that needs a bit of spackle or a quick touch of sand paper.  Anyone that knows anything about painting also knows that you have to use high quality brushes and rollers and keep them clean.  The walls all had "debris" on them when the painting was done.  Either the equipment was dirty or of poor quality.  Despite the masking tape, there was paint on the new woodwork in several places.   When they pulled up the masking tape that was along the floor at the bottom of the walls, it also pulled up the color from our stained concrete floor,  We had to have the floor contractor fix that problem.  When I contacted CertaPro about the paint issues I was told, " No one else ever complains.".  Was I supposed to feel guilty or bad for complaining?  Not a very professional response on their part.
We did have CertaPro back on three occasions to try to fix the paint issues. They did sand and repaint a particularly debris-covered wall satisfactorily - while getting more paint on the woodwork.  They did spackle a couple of paces and painted over it while wet and without any sanding.  Again while getting more paint on the woodwork.  
CertaPro did offer to keep coming back until things were right, but it seemed that each time things just got worse.  After the third time they were here for the paint issues I got sick and tired of it.  I told them to go away and forget it before I said something I meant.
 Long story short - my daughter and I sanded and repainted the entire rec room and all but one wall in the bathroom.  The bedroom needs to be redone, but had to wait while I made a wedding dress for my granddaughter.  Still deciding on whether to have the cabinetry in the wet bar redone, redo it myself, or live with it as is.
Bottom line - Certa Amatuer for sure!!!

They did a good job. Their price was so reasonable. I am happy with their work. We have gone through winter and summer and it still looks good. I would use them again.

CertaPro did everything like the professionals I expected.  From the first meeting in which I was able to get a firm bid, to the last day when all the work was done and both the project manager and one other employee called me to make sure everything was done the way we expected, I was impressed. The pressure washing, the caulking, the advice and the paint work were all done in an exceptional manner.  This project exceeded my expectations and the value was equally as exceptional.  I  would , and will, recommend them to my family and friends.
