"Ryan is very responsive, but a lot of the details (trim, corners, clean up) in the the job were poorly done for the tiles and carpentry. There were some significant mistakes around executing the asked for design that ended up causing delays and costing more money. If you hire him, you should check his crew work routinely so mistakes can be corrected. He is really good at fixing the mistakes while the job is ongoing. Unfortunately, I have been finding things a month later and fixing them now would be cost prohibited."

The deck came first, which was delayed due to the high temps.  Their deck guy came out on a cloudy Saturday and complete the deck staining in one day.  The house was completed a couple of weeks later.

"Everything went fantastic and Beau did a great job as you can see by the pictures. Our house sold in less than a day and I know Beau's fantastic work contributed to that. My wife and I were originally going to do the painting but due to life we were unable to with a shrinking timeline. I found Beau on Angies list and decided to give him a call. We set up a time for him to come by and do a bid. We explained to him our situation and that we were on a tight timeline. He did the walk-through, making recommendations as he went along.
