At first he was responsive and I was happy , but once I paid him , he did not show up again to do the second job that we agreed upon nor did he finish the first job that included tasks that were going to be completed in the second job . he did not show up on four different occasions over an entire week, then he hung up on me, I no longer want to work with him under any circumstances, so I would expect money back. He spilled paint on my cabinets, he painted the column the wrong color and it wasn't completed because it needs more applications, I overpaid him $100 on accident but said I would take it off of the next job that he never showed up for. Some tasks on the first job were going to be included in the second job but since he never showed up for the second job, the first job was not completed. I have to pay another contractor to fix his mistakes and finish the job. The paint in the bathroom also needs to be touched up, which he said he was coming back to do along with the other touch-ups needed. He also accidentally broke a piece off of my cabinet.

Tray did an amazing job. He was on-time, driven to perform with excellence, professional and fast. I was extremely pleased with the results he achieved. Six Stars!

Tray's Renovations did an awesome job. We recently moved here and the house we purchased need a little work prior to painting. Not sure who to call so we put a notice out on Angie's and Tray called. So happy he did. He came when he said he would and after I showed him what I wanted done he also pointed out a few things that needed work and explained why the repairs should be done. He was spot on with his information and our house looks outstanding. He did an amazing job painting the house. He made a few suggestions with the painting which improved the look immensely. He kept us informed every step of the way, he watched the weather like a hawk to let us know if he could do the exterior work or not. My wife and I couldn't be happier with his work. I already have some interior work I'll be using his talents for and will definitely use him in the future. I highly recommend him. Call him you'll be glad you did.

Tray and his crew spilled stain in 6 areas of carpet in my home causing more than $10,000 in damages. He only admitted to spilling on the carpet days after the work was complete and said that in "only needed steam cleaned". He tried to clean the stain off the carpet with mineral spirits causing the carpet and pad to smell terrible. He refused to communicate with me once I asked him to make an insurance claim. DO NOT HIRE him.

Trey was outstanding! He is professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient, as was his team. Throughout the process, he kept us informed every step of the way. We have a three-story historic home, and some professionals shy away from working on it. Trey and his team were all-in from the start. We are looking forward to working with them again.

My experience with Tracy "Tray" Hollingsworth was tremendous. We hired Tray initially to do some backyard deck repairs and staining, and his quality of work and strong communications were so excellent that we hired him for some additional activities that centered on exterior painting and some handyman tasks. I look forward to working with Tray again - - he is the BEST!

Very well overall. The Drywall work was very well done. The Painting was good. An additional coat would have possibly been better but it didn't matter to me since the tenant will want to paint to their liking. Tray was very responsive, price was very competitive and all went very smooth.
