He was very professional and did a great job communicating with us. When we discovered a small issue he was out promptly to fix the problem. I would have given them a 5, but they did not remove the light and plug fixtures before painting. It was my understanding that they would. They were very easy to get to and would have taken very little time. I removed anything else that was attached that was not to be painted.
