"This morning I woke up to a refrigerator that was clearly out of temp. I came to this page and searched for repairmen. I found the card for Mr. Hood at Complete Appliance Care in Clayton, NC. If youâ re seeing this post I encourage you to save this number in your cellphone right now so that when something breaks in your house you have it. I called Mr Hood at 8am in a panic. I had to throw away everything in my refrigerator and freezer. He arranged to come to my house within 3 hours of my call. I sent him pictures of the Lg Refrigerator serial number and my address and he arrived prepared for the job. Within no time he had assessed the issue and informed me that it would be covered by warranty. There was no cost to me for his service. He replaced all the parts he needed to and within 2 hours he was done. Everything was fixed. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable about his trade. I feel so blessed to have been able to have worked with him today and I wanted to share this with the community. He was such a good and honest man and provided excellent customer service! I would not hesitate to use him for future needs."

"These technician is assigned to diagnose refrigerator ice maker issue. He came in other day to diagnose the issue. He hardly stayed 5 mins and said we need to switch off the refrigerator for 24 hours before he can diagnose the issue. He said he will come back on wednesday morning hours to diagnose the issue. But he updated the warranty company saying it product issue and should be covered under product warranty. Why these technicians are so dishonest on this, and i have seen technicians doing these for last couple of claim request."

The dryer was still making the same rubbing noise when I got home, in plenty of time for my actual, agreed upon appointment time. When I contacted Mr Appliance, they said I didn't specifically mention the rubbing noise in my list of problems when I made the appointment, so they weren't going to come back to address it. So, the guy came an hour early, cleaned out some lint from the dryer door, then left, and I got a bill for $200. "
