It did not go well at all. Najim Hassani was at our home for over three hours and when he left not only had our heat not been been restored; we had no air conditioning as well. We believe there is a very good possibility he sabotaged our system so we would have to purchase a new HVAC from him which of course we did not do!!! He also caused our home warranty company to claim they were not liable for repair/replacement by telling them our system was not worth repairing. Please be very careful who the warranty company sends for repair and do not select this guy no matter what..........

"I am sorry to hear that from you but really your 16 years old heat pump was just dead and need to be changed out. I spend 3 hours to do great job and warm up your house. really as a professional technician I was honest and reported exactly what I found: condenser and evap coils was filthy and clogged, duct work all torn.... my company ethics wont allow me to to a cheap temporary fix and get a call back in 1 week. yes I recommend a new system and I was pleased to get you an estimation but I did not urge you to buy one from me. I know the market is huge and you are free to choose what you like Mam. again thank you I hope your system is fixed and keep up!!!"
