I give him a punch list of everything I want done and print it out. He gets out his own note pad and puts in all in order to make the most use of his time and your money. He is the BEST, you can not go wrong by hiring him!

I've already given Rich an A for his handyman services, but he had not done the pressure washing yet. I needed my driveway and front door sidewalk done. I've had this done twice before by other people. But no one came close to doing the job Rich did. It's absolutely beautiful. I can't stop looking at it. No one else had ever gotten all the spots out, but he did. It took about an hour. I highly recommend him, especially for the pressure washing. I can't give a price because he did other things at the same time, but it was definitely reasonable.

Have used services in the past with satisfaction. This time also with satisfaction, professional as always, amiably competent, willing to explain what has been done, truthful in estimates and prognosis, does work in timely fashion, and seriously needs to be cloned.

Rich is an exceptional service person! His work is always extremely well done, neat and completed in minimal time. I consider myself very lucky to have found him. I have also recommended him to friends and neighbors who are extremely happy with his work. He's wonderful!!

The technician (Rich) was very efficient and meticulous. He accomplished a lot in a short period of time. He was prompt, very professional and personable.

Rich is amazing. He's super nice, very professional, comes in with everything he needs, is very efficient, very fast but not rushed. He is also a good time manager and knows how long things will take (unlike others I've hired). He's punctual. He's very organized. He doesn't waste any time, which is a very good point, since he charges by the hour. Yet, he will stop and patiently answer any questions you have. So far there's only one thing he won't do and that is anything to do with sheetrock. As I told him, I was a bit concerned about his pricing, but since everyone else has raved about him, I decided to give him a try. Everything just went so smoothly, no hassle. He's worth it. He's also excellent at phone and email communications and responsiveness. He will also be pressure washing my driveway and walkway, and replacing an attic fan and thermostat.

Rich is on time, does great work and better yet extremely trustworthy. You can leave him in your house alone while you run errands or at work. Not only that he's a great human being and nice guy.

Rich Ramires is incredible! He completed my 'honey-do' list in about 3 hours. He was responsive in setting up the appointment, confirmed it the day before, arrived early (he called first!) and completed the work as requested. There were previous issues with the under sink filter system and rather than install the new filter Rich removed the system for me. He made suggestions about how to solve several household issues. Rich did some work for me in 2012. I don't know why I waited so long to hire him again. I will NOT wait so long to hire him again! I plan to hire him to weatherproof my home in the Fall. The quality of his work is exceptional, and on top of that, he's a heck of a nice guy! Thanks, Rich!!

Richard was honest outfront about the costs and distance he has to travel to get here. He was knowledgable and gave great advice when the baseboard repair was going the way I had originally planned due to additional damages. He handled every task with care and quality. His work is excellent. I'll definitely hire him again.

Great! They got everything done in less than 1 day and we were very satisfied. The lights work perfectly and the doors are way straighter than if we tried to!

He is proficient at a wide variety of handyman services such as electrical work, appliance part replacement, door fitting adjustments, etc. He is very efficient, reliable, and does quality work. Rich's manner is upbeat and personable, making him a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing general handyman services for home improvement purposes.

Great service, a little more than I expected to pay.

Rich Ramires was great. I used him recently on two separate occasions. He told me in advance what he could and could not do. He returned calls promptly, came when scheduled and did an excellent job. He bought the right hinges for me before he arrived. He had the necessary tools and equipment.

We have used Rich numerous times. Always polite, on time and quickly gets to work.

Rich was very prompt and friendly. He returned my initial call quickly and told me exactly what I would need to have ready so that he could perform the work quickly and efficiently. He explained his pricing up front (by the hour with 2 hour minimum)  and told me how much time the work could require. Rich arrived promptly and worked very diligently to finish the tasks .  He checked after each project to make sure that we were satisfied with the results. The defective ceiling fan was the last project of the day. It was only after the  fan was installed and tested that it became obvious that the internal switch was defective.  He had another job scheduled for the afternoon and promised to try and troubleshoot possible solutions to the fan issue  after he finished that project.. This worked best for us as well as this gave me time to try and locate a new fan  and have it ready just in case. Rich called promptly that afternoon and told me that the recommended solution was to return the defective fan and replace it rather than try to repair the switch. He returned promptly on the second morning and quickly took down the defective fan and installed the replacement. He then installed the final fan and caulked between the tile backsplashes and the counters in the kitchen . Clean up was quick and immaculate. His suggestions for maintenance of the repairs was exceptional. I would gladly recommend Homey Do Home Serves and Rich to all of my friends and neighbors.

Rich has done great work for us several times. He's knowledgeable, resourceful and reasonable.
