"I reached out to E. R. Plumbing Services on Monday afternoon. They offered to try to squeeze me in on Tuesday but to accommodate my schedule we set the appointment for Wednesday afternoon. For what its worth, they scheduled it as "after lunch" with the plumber to call me once they had a firm idea of how their day was shaping up - probably a way to manage expectations and avoid the customer dissatisfaction of a missed exact time promise so this didn't bother me at all. Reggie arrived around 2:30pm (I did get a call from the office announcing his ETA prior to his arrival) and after I showed him the bathroom with the issue he got right to work. He had the issue diagnosed w/in 5-10 minutes and then looked at the refrigerator water line issue with me. He gracefully accommodated my "hey, while you're here can you take a quick look at my water heater" question and was able to provide some advice (and peace of mind) on that as well. Reggie did a good job of explaining the "why" behind each of my concerns and his recommendations in a lay-person friendly manner. In the end, he replaced all the important innards in the toilet tank, swapped out the water line behind the fridge (after noticing a small leak that we hadn't realized was there), and left me with a good understanding of the health of my water heater and was out the door by 3:45pm for a total onsite time of just over an hour. A very satisfactory experience all around and I'd have no hesitation in having E. R. Plumbing Services (and Reggie) back out again to help in the future."

"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself.
