As of now, this looks like 4 days of wasted time as I am not sure their customer service exist. The lady this morning said she would mark as urgent and get to a manager. You would think a simple call to a customer explaining backlog or schedule repair date should not take more than 5 minutes. Will give them until later today and then move on..."

"David Salter came to repair my heating system through my home warranty company. The first appointment on Wednesday he wasn't able to perform a diagnosis which was 100% my fault. He then rescheduled for Friday, then rescheduled for Saturday, and ultimately for Sunday. Mr. Salter came on Sunday at 7:30pm and looked at my unit. He told me he would submit my claim to the warranty company on Monday morning and try to get it repaired on Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and he hasn't submitted a claim, and will not respond to any calls, text or emails from me nor the home warranty company. I was charged 2 $65 service call fees which the home warranty company told me was NEVER protocol regardless of the situation. This is beyond unprofessional of a business. I'm now having to get another company to fix the issue and have now been without heat for 13 days. I would not recommend Bill Salter Heating and Cooling to ANYONE."
