I didn't know how to reach Miller's, so I left an AI automatic generated message, emailed Austin, and waited for a call back on the weekend mind you! Austin saw his email, and staff saw the AI, and Austin fielded the call to Christopher who called me and promptly came out. I can't say enough about the heart of this business. They follow this biblical teaching in the Bible: Philippians 2:3,4,5 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus. Need I say more? I put A/C as the service, but I have a heat pump system, so this included both heat & air. I was impressed by their estimator, Alan, because he really took the time to do a thorough inspection. He also was here on day to help out with the job. All of the technicians were wonderful. This company goes the extra mile for their customers and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

He has done all my HVAC work for me for the last 7-8 years. When I need someone he's ready to go. They are my go to people for any heat and air work I need done. They are very professional, they arrive on time, they do what they say they are going to do. It is an absolute worry free relation ship for me.

I placed a service request with ServiceMagic on Friday morning July 1, 2011 to find someone to repair my the heating part of my combo heating/ac unit. Miller Services called immediately and said they could schedule an appointment in the early afternoon. They came out and determine that the heating unit only needed a thorough maintenance cleaning and no repairs. He provided prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service at a cost of only $85. I would recommend Miller Services to anyone who needed a heating/AC repair repairman.
