As of now, this looks like 4 days of wasted time as I am not sure their customer service exist. The lady this morning said she would mark as urgent and get to a manager. You would think a simple call to a customer explaining backlog or schedule repair date should not take more than 5 minutes. Will give them until later today and then move on..."

Heat pump systems are different because they provide heating and cooling solutions for your home. In this case, you should have it serviced at least twice a year.

If a geothermal heat pump is installed correctly, then you shouldn’t have to worry about having a backup heat source such as a furnace or oil boiler.
