The best auto mechanic in the business is Old Town Auto. They are superb. It is run by two guys, Bret and Mike. It's joint ownership. They are super, fine fellows. They are really nice. They know their business, and every one of their mechanics know their business. They know how to handle a car. If something is wrong with our car and they are going to have to do something to it, they don’t do it till they show us what's wrong. I had another car that I had to have done. There was something wrong with it. The guy told that he wanted to show me something. I went upstairs and he showed me. He said that I couldn’t see it from over there and told me to come around there. I went around the other side of the car. He told me that little place right there was a crack and it was not supposed to be there. He told me that he had to take that out and put another thing in. I know for a fact that he took me back there, showed me the crack and told me what it was doing to my car. They know their job. They are magnificent. They are a fine group of fellows. They had to keep my car. They have a car that they lend out to their customers. The car lending was free. All we had to do was put our gas in it to go. There are not many places that have that, but they do. The guy was really nice. They kept the car for about 3-4 days. There have been times where I have gone there before and have them put air in my tires. I would go to pay, and he would say no charge. There were other times when I would go and have them check something. He would say no charge. They know what they are doing. Every one of the mechanics is certified, and they are excellent.  I can't say enough about the price. They are so nice. Nobody ever gets mad or anything like that. I have been there when everyone of the parking space was filled. There were even cars parked out to the side. Whenever they got done with mine, I just told the guy that there were so many cars parked in some many directions. I asked him if he could turn mine around where all I got to do is just go straight. He said sure and that he didn’t mind it a bit. He turned it straight for me where I could just go straight down the middle of the road. They are marvelous. We can't get any better than Old Town Auto. They work long hours. I think they start work at 6 o' clock and get off maybe at 6 o' clock at night. I don’t know what time they get off at night, but I've been there early in the morning. They would check my tires, and said that I would need to get another tire because this was one was showing the thread on it. He said that I could use that one a little bit longer. He said that I definitely need to get one for this one, because it's not safe and that it's liable to blow up when I was on the road. I told them to give me all four new tires. When we buy tires from them, they will rotate our tires. I think they rotate it free when we do that.

It went perfectly. Based on 14 years of experience with them, I know I can trust these men to do the job right and for a fair price.

They are the absolute best in the business - hands down. Aside from their professionalism and excellent skills/knowledge, they are HONEST. I have never doubted them and have carried/distributed their business cards to dozens of friends. If you need a good mechanic, go wherever you want. They were very fast. I had my car towed to the shop and about an hour later I received a phone call letting me know that my car was ready for pick-up. The mechanics were professional and I was more than satisfied with the overall experience. I would Highly recommend Old Town Autoworks.

We had them replace the two front tires on our 2002 Ford Escape and got an oil change. The tires are Kumho and are competitively priced. They actually recommended that we wait to have the two rear tires replaced. Very honest guys and they do great work.

It's such a relief to have mechanics you cam 100% trust, who never try to sell you extra things, and are just good, friendly people.

The service manager was very nice and knowledgeable and explained what was done and why. They are not a 'commission' based outfit so they do not try and add additional fixes and sales. I would recommend them highly. Though it is a little drive for me...45 minutes...I will be back.

IT WENT JUST AS THEY TOLD US. TOOK CAR IN THE MORNING EARLY AND HAD IT BACK BY 5PM. WE WE TREATLY NICELY.

The mechanics were very friendly and helpful. Everything was done by the time we arrived at closing time and they even stayed a few minutes late to talk with us. As I'm new to the area I was looking for a new mechanic as my car is a Saturn and I can no longer take it to the dealership I used to use and I know I've found him. They seem very knowledgeable about cars and there were many different makes and models on the lot.

All work was performed in a very timely and efficient manner, starting promptly at the scheduled time. Cost was very reasonable and just under the estimated cost.
