This company was sent out by my insurance company American Home Shield (AMS) to fix my AC. Right from the start the guy had an attitude on the phone when we contacted him to schedule a time. He came out at 10am. He had an attitude the whole time, especially when he found out he was going to have to go into the crawl space. He looked around for about 15 min. He told he had to go get a part, and he would be back later. 5pm rolls around he didn’t show back up and no call. I called AMS to find out what was going on. He contacted them after he left our house and cancel the service call, he told them he doesn’t work on our type of AC system, because we have oil heat. He never asked on the phone what type of system we have. AC went out Monday, He came out Wednesday, and now we are in a jam because we can’t get someone out until Monday. So now we have no AC for a week. Very unprofessional all around. Bad attitude. Poor customer service. And lying to clients face. Steer clear of this shady business.
