SALTER HEATING AND AIR

David Salter came to repair my heating system through my home warranty company. The first appointment on Wednesday he wasn't able to perform a diagnosis which was 100% my fault. He then rescheduled for Friday, then rescheduled for Saturday, and ultimately for Sunday. Mr. Salter came on Sunday at 7:30pm and looked at my unit. He told me he would submit my claim to the warranty company on Monday morning and try to get it repaired on Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and he hasn't submitted a claim, and will not respond to any calls, text or emails from me nor the home warranty company. I was charged 2 $65 service call fees which the home warranty company told me was NEVER protocol regardless of the situation. This is beyond unprofessional of a business. I'm now having to get another company to fix the issue and have now been without heat for 13 days. I would not recommend Bill Salter Heating and Cooling to ANYONE.

Comming home to a hot house is no fun.  After David left the house is livable.  I had no idea that the part was under warranty, so I really am thankful that I had a honest service person.  I like doing business with other Veterans.

While I was away on a business trip, our heating unit malfunctioned. My family returned home to hear the carbon monoxide detector going off. My wife contacted our home warranty company, who then contacted Salter. They worked very, very hard on our behalf and within two days, we had a new unit. I can't tell you how pleased my family and are with their help. I would also like to encourage everyone to have a carbon monoxide detector in their home. The one in ours, saved my family's life.
