I was able to work with Mr Cook via phone and email to both hire Mr Cook and complete the restoration of the floors. During the process Richard reached out any time I needed an update and completed the work within our timeline. I would like to add that the floors are absolutely beautiful and the first prospective buyer for the house submitted a contract for the full amount we were asking.
