Best basement waterproofing pros near Timberlake, NC

"Everything went very smoothly, from first consultation to actual installation. These people are friendly, reliable, trustworthy. Also, quite economical for the service provided. I wish I hadn't waited so long to have this done!"

"What a great company to work with!! Chris worked within my budget, and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. He even saved the packaging so I could keep a record of exactly what was used for the moisture barrier. He took an entire truckload of garbage out from under my crawlspace. All this within my budget!"

"TC removed mold from my crawlspace, replaced the insulation, and installed a french drain and plastic. Mr. Cortez assessed the situation and presented me with my options and did not try to sell anything I did not need. He and his crew did an exceptional job. I highly recommend TC for your crawlspace needs."

"The Tar Heel Basement Systems Team was a true pleasure to work with. From the very first meeting / inspection with Nathan S to the actual installation and receiving the final product. Also, just to note...the installation team with Tar Heel Basement Systems was excellent. They answered all of my questions and provided daily updates on the installation progress. They provided me with pictures and again answered ALL of my questions and was super patient with me. The work quality was top shelf. I am more than satisfied with the quality of work performed! Thank you again to the great installation team that installed my crawl space enclosure, shout out to Stephon, Matt, and Jorge (and Nate)...great job guys!!!! and very much appreciated! Also, thanks to Nathan S for all of his great advice and wisdom in planning this project for me. Yes, Tar Heel Basement Systems did a great job!!! Thank you!!!"

"Lane came out and listened to all our needs. He walked us through a very clear plan for our basement. They gave us a reasonable quote and were able to schedule us a few weeks later. It took them 2 days to do the work and it was done very professionally. The crew was extremely nice. They brought extra plastic to make sure all our belongings were covered. They even helped me move my washer and dryer! They made sure everything was clean and to our standards before they left. The whole experience has been great and I highly recommend them for whoever is having water issues in their basement or crawl space."

"The project was top notch."

"Warren and Sons was beyond incredible! They arrived fast, were professional, and went way above and beyond to help manage any water damage too. They were clear and concise with the issues we were having and communicated the fix and associated charges prior to doing the work. They also clearly worked hard to find the issue resulting in the smallest charge needed rather than just replacing everything and charging a lot. It is also a locally owned and operated business and they presented themselves incredibly ethically. I won't be using anyone beyond Warren and Sons moving forward and have let all my friends know too!"

"Joshua and his team were wonderful. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with their work and would definitely hire again."

"They showed up on time and fixed my drain. They also used a camera to check the line and verify the clog wasn’t caused by an issue with my pipes. They were professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. I would use them again and strongly recommend!"

"Josh and his wife were great to work with! They were easy to get in touch with, they had a great turn-around time, and the finished product made a beautiful addition to our home! We will absolutely be using them again for other custom metal projects in our home!"
