Very knowledgeable , pointed out things that would help, discussed the plan, Dudu the work Iâ  ve memorial weekend , cleaned up before they left and and even found an ac problem in the attic we didnâ  t know we had and referred us to someone for that who came on Saturdaymorning and 30 minutes later all done Now the house feels better than it has since we bought it . Was a shame a lot of this wasnâ  t caught in the inspection when it was built or when we bought it. Highly recommend
