He completed the work and came back by to fix a leaking hose. Chris replaced the hose immediately. He is an entrepreneur who has kept his word after he getting paid. "Lane came out and listened to all our needs. He walked us through a very clear plan for our basement. They gave us a reasonable quote and were able to schedule us a few weeks later. It took them 2 days to do the work and it was done very professionally. The crew was extremely nice. They brought extra plastic to make sure all our belongings were covered. They even helped me move my washer and dryer! They made sure everything was clean and to our standards before they left. Only complaint is that the floor screws were not cut down so that covers could be put back on. Not sure what happened to the covers - I think they may have thrown those away."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

Very well.  I feel so comfortable about the stability of my home.  Jim, the owner of the company, was always looking for the best and most reasonable way to solve a problem.  His crew was hard working and came to work when they said they would (except for the rainy periods of course).  The house was empty so they stayed at my home (so they could be close to the job) and kept very good care of it.

 It was an expensive repair but I believe I could not have found a better crew for the same price. Since I was out of state much of the time, they kept me informed at every step, which is helpful when you can not be there.
I definitely would recommend them for waterproofing but I was most impressed with their ability to do the structural reinforcement."
