Great. We left the key to our deck with Leslie. We set appointment and the men did beautiful installation. We opted for a beautiful wood look tile so that it would bring the outside in. Leslie was great during the selection, & planning.

I was recommended to use Young Interiors Flooring Center to tile the new condo I bought April 2014. I paid in full 7/18/2014 about 5,800. I drove down to Myrtle Beach June 2014 opened my front door to see the most horrific unprofessional job. I have over 60 pictures of the disaster. I called several times to have someone come out and examine my complaint. Finally, Sept 2015 they sent the installer I guess who installed the tiles, he through up his hands and denied doing this terrible job walked out. I called several times after he left to get some relief, I was put off for several months because nobody had the free time. Finally a sub contractor came out July 2015 who used to work for them came out and replaced the Cove baseboard I asked his professional opinion the former employee of Young Interiors said; the water stains are from storing their tiles outside and the dirty grout and tiles were from not sealing the tiles properly. August 19, 2015 The president came out to see the floor and brought a little cloth and some cleaner he than insulted my intelligence and blamed the condo cleaning service that used the wrong cleaning solution and said; it was supposed to be a stain resistant grout. I gave the president of Young Interiors the chance to make things satisfactory on 9/2/2015 the employee followed up by offering a professional cleaning service, they sent me over the house keeper of the owner. On 9/10/2015 the cleaning girl looked at my floors and said; There is nothing that she can do the tiles were water logged and wasn't sealed properly and that she would get back to me. Today is April 8, 2016 I never heard a word back from the cleaning girl or Young Interiors Flooring Center.

Sales representative was very good to work with, helped us to understand the differences in quality and price.  
The carpet and vinyl tile planking installer was great, very detail oriented, excellent craftsmanship.  I would absolutely use them again.
The ceramic tile installer was average at best.  I would want a different installer for the tile.

The company did a very good job from beginning to end.  From the initial measurement, to helping us finalize our decision on the specific tile pattern, to the actual installation, everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient.  We got several quotes from installers in the area, and while Young's weren't the cheapest, they definitely made me the most comfortable with their offering and the process.  The actual installation was done while we were out of town but the installers called us several times to verify certain details and to keep us informed of the status.  When we returned home, the floors looked great, everything was put back in place and things were cleaned up nicely.  We did have one small issue with a threshold and they immediately came back out and fixed it.  I would definitely recommend Young Interiors for anyone looking for flooring.

We worked with Dusty. He was very helpful in helping us choose what we wanted for our carpet and our tile. Dusty really wanted it to look as nice as we did. He did everything he could to help us make the right decision. We were out of town so I felt comfortable giving Dusty the key to our place so the work could get done. On the first day Dusty called me to tell me how wonderful it had gone. He kept me up to date on every stage of the process. My husband and I are so pleased with the tile that was chosen and the carpeting job that was done upstairs. The house was left in great shape of course there was tile dust but that was to be expected. I would definitely hire Young interiors to do any aspect of my flooring again. I found them to be very professional and very interested in what we wanted and completed the job within the timeframe - actually they completed the job a lot faster than we had anticipated which was fabulous. Thank you Dusty and thank you Young Interiors for a job well done our place is gorgeous

From the first time we walked into Young Interiors showroom Leslie, B, and Allan were very friendly and helpful in assisting us in finding the perfect flooring. Their showroom is large and has the most extensive selection of flooring in our area. Within a day of our visit, B came out to measure our home and give us an estimate. We changed our minds (a few times) on which type of flooring to get and they were very easy to work with, offering suggestions and advice on which type would be best suited for our lifestyle.
We were also in need of a general contractor and were given the names of a few to call. We hired Robbie McGrath (McGrath Builders) and he and Young worked so well together that we would not hesitate to hire both again!! With 3 dogs (one very old) it was impossible for us to leave the house, and stay elsewhere, while construction was going on and they were willing to work around us and all went well.
Installation of the flooring and carpet was done in a timely manner and the installers sent by Young were pleasant and worked efficiently. They made sure that all of our concerns were addressed and paid close attention to detail.
We highly recommend Young Interiors for their outstanding service, workmanship, and professionalism.

I had so many references in the neighborhood for Youngs that it was a "no-brainer" to go with them. The sales person, Julie, was very helpful in deciding which product to go with and Julie was our contact the entire process and the installation and product came in as expected Also, the prices never changed from the original estimate.

The workers showed when they said they would, very professional and knew what they were doing. Completed job in a timely manner and the workmanship was excellant. rated very highly and would not hesitate to use again.
