We couldn't be happier. Re-Builders were prompt, professional and extremely easy to work with from the beginning. Can't say enough about all the tradespeople involved. They were top notch at their respective trade and did a beautiful job. Would definitely use Re-Builders in the future for any other work.

Went very well. They did everything they were asked. Workers were efficient, polite and showed up when needed. Ray was very caring in paying attention to how his employees performed. He got the permits and also the inspections. Though it was a long process we are very happy with their attention to detail and very happy with the end result.

The end result was everything we wanted. The price was higher than the original bid but that was because rebuilders bid included mid level fixtures, lights and appliances and since we chose these items we went very high end as compared to the bid, we were not disappointed to pay more than the bid to get what we wanted. It was a conscientious decision. As you can see from the survey, we were very happy with the results. Along the way there were problems such as a brass connection in the dishwasher that was not right and flooded under the hardwood doors in the kitchen and under a wall into the living room necessitating pulling up the hardwood floors and replacing them. We had several mistakes on hardwood panels on appliances and cabinets as well as plumbing fixtures.These were all mistakes by subcontractors.Rebuilders took care of everything in a professional and timely manner without additional cost to us. I think we would have been hard pressed to coordinate all of the suppliers and the extenuating circumstances with the ease in which Rebuilders handled them.

Based on our experiences with Ray and his team at Re-Builders with our master bath (separate review) we decided to use them for our guest bath remodel as well. Again, everything they did was very exact. I must note that this was a significantly more difficult job for the plumbers and tile installers. We wanted and got a shower with multiple shower heads above and in the wall. The location of the shower had the water heater on the opposite side of the wall. With all of the existing plumbing for that in the wall already the plumbers were very creative and found a solution allowing us to have the additional shower heads and control valves we wanted. Once they completed their work, the tile crew again performed exceptionally well. They had to make a total of eight circular cut outs in one wall (29 inch width for that part of shower wall) and each was precise. The work of everyone involved was remarkable.

Ray and his team exceeded all of our expectations. They were very respectful of existing floors / furniture that they had to pass by or use to get to the bathroom. All floors where covered throughout the project as was the furniture when necessary. His primary site manager and carpenter, Raymond, was extremely skillful and was always on site when their subcontractors where involved. The tile crew cut each piece of tile to exact measurements (this was very evident when looking at areas with plumbing fixtures). If it required a round cut, they were round unlike many contractors that take the simple way and make square cuts. The electricians were precise as well, putting all the overhead lighting, sconces, adjustable switches, exhaust fan and light exactly where they needed to be. The plumbers were just as talented and had to make adjustments to all the previous plumbing to allow for the very modern vanity we wanted. I could not be more satisfied when everyone's performance and commitment to making this the bathroom we wanted.

The only problem during the remodeling was with vendors. Selected a vanity for guest bath and manufacturer stopped work to reorganize. I was able to cancel order with help of Rebuilders and order from another company. Little problems that were not fault of Rebuilders such as handles for faucets were not shipped with faucets.
Communication was by email with the owner of Rebuilders and there were times when we would have preferred to speak with owner. Rebuilder employees are very good at seeking homeowners opinions and advising homeowner. They clean up work area each day, some of subcontractors didn't and Rebuilders cleaned up.

"Re-Builders had a cabinet supplier that could not ship our order in the time frame specified so we had to re-order cabinets from another company which of course delayed construction and completion of bathroom. We also had a faucet handle missing from factory box but handle was direct shipped from manufacture to us in a matter of a few days. I might add that both of the suppliers/vendors involved were very helpful in resolving the problem of missing material and shipment delays so we could proceed and complete the work. These type of problems/items are very concerning to us also because our goal is to complete the work in a timely manner while providing outstanding customer service and quality work---this is what makes our customers talk about our work and leads to future work with that client and their friends.
