Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): Very happy with David Jones Home Services, I happily recommend them, and will be using them for additional services. I contacted David Jones Home Services for Pre-DW inspection for new construction in Wake County. Billie Jo was professional, friendly, and responsive. She told me about the process and answered all my questions. A few days later, David and his son performed the inspection and produced a detailed report the same day! Although I am familiar with basic home maintenance, David identified potential issues that I NEVER would have spotted. Very thankful. I will be using them again for the final inspection and radon test. I will update this review accordingly.

Austin was great during the walkthrough, breaking down issues and explaining further steps that could/should be taken. Billie Jo was excellent, very fast and helpful with scheduling and answering any questions before and after the inspection. The prices are fair and they work with you through any issues that may arise throughout the process. The inspector spent like 30-40 mins to check the house and talked to us, which cost 1.5 h ish. He just glanced at the roof and even forgot the garage door. He did not know we have termite test. We did not see he did termite test but report says there is no termite. We are not confident about the inspection report, even though it says no big issues.

This home inspector is literally the best of the best. I would give him 10 stars if possible. Prices were good and he expected everything. We were able to use his report to get multiple things fixed at a house we were buying. Definitely would recommend him for ANY home inspection/termite inspection project.

Detailed report that I could understand.
