He immediately put me at ease, looking through our list of possible problems and tackling our most urgent (backed up kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and a toilet) so that we could use them again. He even showed me how to set up a homemade fruit fly concoction to battle the gnats that had been breeding in the old disposal! He was able to connect me with another company that handles water damage restoration (American Water Damage is awesome too) to figure out where a leak in kitchen ceiling was coming from. Michael was still here when the rep came and walked him through everything. Micheal went above and beyond in every way. He was very clear on pricing of each element so I could pick and choose what to do first. He did the best he could to save us money. He didn’t mind our messy house, and had a great sense of humor too. I can’t thank him and Superior Plumbing and Drains enough! I’ll be calling him from now on!"

So they (really just one guy) installed a catch basin and drain to the backyard. We haven't had a rain since, so can't comment on overall quality yet. But I did wash the driveway and the water went to the backyard. They came in at about half price as another company offering the same work.
