"Overall, an excellent experience. I was given an accurate quote up front without any difficulty. The install team showed up on time and worked very hard in 90 degree temperatures for four days. It was a fairly big job, 25 windows, several of which were oversized and one huge bay window. In addition, the windows they took out were 70 years old and very difficult to extract. But it all went smoothly and efficiently. The only problem was the lead time. I placed my order in February and the windows didn’t arrive from ProVia until July. I can’t fault Zen for that! And, the windows are excellent, they make the house much quieter and, we’re hoping, more energy efficient. Time will tell on that, once we start getting electric bills from the period the windows were in. All in all, I highly recommend Zen Windows and their vendor, ProVia."
