"Matt Ford is such an outstanding person. He is one of the most ethical and professional men I have ever met! He is very professional, but he takes a personal interest in pleasing his clients. He will stop at NOTHING to make sure you are pleased with his work. Matt replaced a carport for me after it was destroyed by the weight of snow. He worked directly with my insurance company, making sure his work was completely covered by my policy. The new carport is constructed of beautiful white metal that was manufactured precisely for my space. It is so strong that it will probably outlast my grandchild!! Originally, there was a low block wall along the outside border of my old carport, and I assumed he would replace it with blocks. Instead, he built a beautiful brick wall that matches the construction of my home. I did not even ask him to do that and had never even thought of that myself. He did it because he knew it would make the area more attractive. While at the site, he also did some repair on a storage building, and he installed a dead-bolt lock for me. In the early stages of the job, he noticed a flaw in the installation of a kitchen window that was allowing water to go behind the window casing. He repaired this for me. This is an example of my statement that he takes a personal interest in his cliens satisfaction. as the highest rating, but in my opinion, Matt deserves a 100 stars."

"I couldn't have asked for a better company to perform the remodel on my kitchen, downstairs bathroom and a new bathroom addition upstairs. I live in an older home built in the 1930's and previously when new floors were laid the other companies just nailed another layer of underlayment down and off they went. Much to my surprise A Plus Home Remodeling removed all old flooring down to the floor joist and leveled everything prior to the remodel. Once crews came onsite, they were there 6 days a week until complete. They were able to do in all, electrical, plumbing, framing and finish carpentry. A one stop shop. "We couldn't be happier with the finished project of our screened in porch and new deck!! It came out even more beautiful than we imagined. The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail. Triple measuring to ensure accuracy, always consulting with us along the way and willing to make changes when we wanted to alter the plans. Sergio is so patient, as we changed our plans several times before we decided on the screen room. We can't say enough about the professionalism and talent of Sergio and his crew. Their work ethic is admirable. They are kind and respectful. At the end of the day the area was always cleaned and debris picked up. Our new deck and screen room is so solid and sturdy. And it looks like it's been here since the day we built our house 14 years ago. It doesn't look like it was just added on. That's how well it blends in. Everyone that comes over says the same thing! Also the county inspector said said it was rare that such a big project only had a couple minor things that needed to be tweaked. You will not be sorry if you hire these guys. We are planning to hire them again for some indoor projects. We won't use anyone else! You will not be sorry you hired Antonio's Remodeling! And we are already planning to use them again for some indoor projects!"

"DHIM Construction is an excellent choice for renovations and construction. I hired them to gut and renovate my medium sized kitchen, from scraping the popcorn ceiling to removing and relaying flooring. Oscar and Brandon were knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. They communicated exceptionally well, and moved the job along, managing everything from demolition to the cabinet source to the granite countertops to electrical and plumbing to the final finish work. The work went quickly and they inspected the progress every step of the way. Their price was reasonable and the work top-notch. I highly recommend DHIM Construction! Purchased Angie's Big Deal for 4 hours of home improvement/handyman services.  Mr. John Schmidt, owner, showed up at the designated time to estimate our work for future scheduling, but when he saw the nature of the work, he requested to go ahead and get started and he would do the work right then.  Working from our list of about 10 different repairs, small projects, and hanging light fixtures.

Mr. Schmidt was personal, professional, and very knowledgeable about the work we needed done and offered suggestions that improved the projects beyond our ideas.

If needed, we would certainly be willing to hire Innovative Design again to do larger projects/remodels, etc.

"The quality of the work was excellent. The old boards were installed on the diagonal so the cuts on the new boards had to be precisely made. The reason I downgraded the review was that a patio table had to be moved to the side of the deck but when we arrived home we found that it had not been returned in its original position. That's not a big deal, but shows a lack of attention to detail. What bothered us more was that an empty pack of cigarettes was left in the driveway and several cigarette butts were found in the yard and on the driveway. That shows disrespect for the homeowner's property."
