Extremely dissatisfied.

I tried contacting 4 other companies with A ratings on Angie's List. 3 never responded and 1 declined. Oak Ridge did what the other could not do or would not do. Thank-you for your prompt quality service.

Good service

The entire process was professional & competent.   An appointment was made to see what services we needed & a detailed quote was emailed the same day.   Options were listed for whether we or they provided the lights/fixtures, and an appointment made for the work to be done.  Two very nice workers arrived on time, completed the list without problems.   The office checked in to make sure we were satisfied with the work & then they emailed the invoice.   All done just as quoted & very efficient.   I will use them again.

They seemed like they did not know what they were doing, took forever, and messed up the job so that we requested that the same team not come to our home for repairs.   We have had several problems since then with our circuit breaker and the power going off in a completely different area of our home.    I would NEVER hire these people again!   

I would never hire them. there were several issues involving workmanship and several issues involving billing.  First, they left a light fixture unhung claiming that it didn't have all the necessary parts.  so, I dropped what I was doing and went to find the missing parts so when they returned for there final check list it was there. I laid it out on the counter under the area where it was to be hung. a week later when they showed to do the check list. they left it there,  I hung it myself WITH the available parts. Second, when you turn the lights on in the hall, the vanity lights in the bathroom go off, they ignored this one during there check list.  third, one there 'extras' that the builder didn't cover was for a ground fault breaker for the jetted tub,  the tub wasn't extra. Just the wiring to make it work. to show good faith I promised the builder to pay for that one. Fourth, there was an additional charge for another ground fault breaker with NO explanation of what it went to or why it was extra. Fifth, there were 2 charges for toggle switches (one single and one 4way) again no explanation of what they went to why it was extra. I also have no idea where they are in the house. Sixth, they charged me to "pre-wire a switch' for yard lights. this was a result of asking " how much would it cost to put in yard light?"  I later asked if they had gotten me a price for yard lights and was told that it was emailed to me. I have not seen this email yet. I still do not have yard lights, and I still don't know how much yard lights cost. Seventh, a charge for  6 additional Cat5e cables for TV locations,  there are only 5 Cat5e cable outlets in the whole house.  All in all  I received a bill for $2038 in extras.  $600 was part of my light budget and deserved,  $385 was for a breaker box to supply our pool and a true extra. The balance of $1053 is explained above.

Great job, very through and knowledgeable.  Explained everything they were doing, and options when there were some.  Punctual and cleaned up after themselves completely.
Totally satisfied.

Showed up on time and date scheduled. Completed and checked out work in a timely manor. Was prompt and courteous.

The serviceman was extremely helpful, volunteering to perform services I assumed I would be responsible for doing. Will definitely call Oak Ridge Electric in the future.

I have used them numerous times and everything has always gone well. They do a real nice job of cleaning up afterwards.

They did a very good job and we were very pleased with them. They did very neat work and they were timely. They were also very nice and courteous. We were impressed with them.

Did excellent work, showed up time, cleaned up after completion, and even price was fair. You can see the pride in workmanship even though it was a small job to them.

I was very pleased with the quality of their workmanship, they called the day before, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, friendly and did an excellent job.

They are reliable and they are on time. We did have a problem with something that was not supposed to show on our bill, and it was immediately taken care of by the office. I was really pleased with their services. They are also very realistic about things. They weren't trying to undercut any bidding, they were honest. He was very professional, he was very responsive, and he knows his business. He is amazingly affordable.

I was already familiar with their reputation. They were on time and did a good job. They did a couple of extra things that we needed to do. I think I spent about $185. I don't have anything to compare their price with. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Everything was perfect. They arrived on time and completed the work on time. They were very considerate while they were here. We had another company come out that started the project, but they didn't know what they were doing. I was thoroughly impressed with Oak Ridge. They even ate some of my granddaughter's Easy Bake Oven cookies.

Out of the whole job this sub-contractor was the best. They really did a good job and I would have them come back to do more work in a heart beat. I paid about 40,000 for the whole job to the contractor and the monies were distributed from there. I am not sure exactly how much this company received. I would recommend them though to anyone they are spectacular.

They were hired by our general contractor and did an excellent job. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked well together to quickly complete the job. Everything they installed works well and was placed where we needed it. We have not had any electrical problems since we moved in.

Oakridge was okay. The guy showed up on time and did the work that was necessary. It was done professionally and satisfactorily.
