"I called Stan this morning (Thursday) around 10:00am. He said that he could come by this afternoon. I asked if he had any idea about time and he said after 2:00pm. I told him that would be good. At 5:00pm I called Stan and asked if he was still planning on coming. His statement was that he got tied up on a job and forgot about us. He asked if Monday would be ok. I said how about tomorrow. At that point he recommended another individual. I look the other company up on Angies List. Not only did this person not have insurance, he only had 4 reviews which consisted of 2 A's, 1 B and 1 F. With this information, I definitely would not have hired this person. Extremely disappointed. (Update) I would like to add that he did come out on Monday, as to his second promise to come to our house. Timely and professional. He advised that the issue was not an appliance problem, but a plumber issue."
