They came out and gave any estimate when they said they would and the work was done on the scheduled. We heard about them from our membership with Costco for garage door installation, but would definitely use them again for the professional service.

The tech. was punctual.He identified the problem as a broken spring and repaired it successfully.I have used this company on a previous occasion and found them to be excellent.I would highly recommend them.

Gave us a quote on Monday, which was the best of three we received for nearly identical doors with opener.  The door was a basic, white, non-insulated door.  Installed two days later.  Couldn't ask for better combination of price, quality and service!

I called Piedmont Garage Doors on Monday Jan. 7th.They scheduled my repair for Wed Jan. 9th between 8-12.They called that morning around 8:00 and said they were on the way.The tech. arrived about 8:15.They were very professional and repaired my garage door in about 20 minutes.I was very satisfied with their service and would use them again. 

Overall I was very pleased with the experience. The quality of the work was good and the price was very reasonable. The only criticism would be that the installer did not know exactly what the salesman and I agreed on, which I anticipated. He didn't know that I was going to use the old window inserts and started to install new ones. He also did not have the piece of molding that needed to be replaced and had to return the next day to finish the job. However I don't consider that a big deal. The job was completed successfully and I would certainly use them again.

Chris was the person that scheduled the appointment and he was very polite and worked with my schedule.  Ed the repairman called when he was on his way and completed the job in the time frame that I needed.  He was very professional and I would definately call or refer them to anyone.

The service was good when they arrived. They had canceled the appt. on their books and did not come until I called. Rescheduled the same day.

The repair work went well--- smoothly and quickly.

I would recommend them. First of all, the doors that they carry are made by a local company, which I like.  They came when they were supposed to come. They gave me the lower Costco price when I told them I was a member, without making go down to the store.The doors look beautiful and are really quiet. I considered buying some extra accessories, but they told me they probably weren't necessary and encouraged me to wait.  They said they'd be happy to come back if I wanted the accessories after all.

They did a good job.  They took the time to explain everything to me and it has worked fine since.

It was an excellent experience.  The service call was very good.  The price was satisfactory.

They were very courteous.  They gentleman that came out was very nice.

They came early and didn't take too long. He checked out everything on my garage doors. He was familiar with my neighborhood so he could easily tell what was wrong with my doors. He was very polite and nice. He explained everything to me. He was very professional.

They were excellent and showed up within 35 minutes after I called on a Thursday morning. They were fast, prompt and the experience was good. I will use them again in the future.

They came when promised and performed the work in an orderly fashion.
