They do most anything inside, HVAC work & fixing appliances.  They are here locally in Winston.  They are very high.  They don't exterior, yard work, maintenance, staining, gutter work, etc.  We just use them for inside HVAC, plumbing & appliances.  They charged a service call.  We did not have them install an element.  They wanted more for the element than we could go out and buy a stove for.  As far as coming out on time & scheduling the appointment they are very professional.  We buy all of our air conditioning filters from them.  However, as far as price, like I said, they wanted as much to install one heating element in our stove, as we could go out and purchase a brand new stove. So we chose not to put in the heating element.  As far as the price it is absolutely ridiculous.  Some companies what they charge for a service call, if they work on something, they will subtract the charge of the service call against what you owe them.  This company does not.  In other words, you pay that service call and then whatever the labor and parts is, that is additional.  They don't subtract anything.  The interaction with them is okay.  I will use their services in the future on other things, but not a stove.

They were good. I would recommend them to others.
