They came on the days they were suppose to.  The product was exactly as it was promised.

In describing the services performed, that was the entire experience.   EXCELLENT!

They were absolutely top of the line.  They were super helpful with the design for the kitchen and with product selection.  They were reliable and dependable.  They have serviced event he light fixtures in the years since the installation when they wouldn’t have needed to; since it was after our warranty period.  I love them.

They did an okay job. They did fine. We did have a little bit of an issue with billing. He wanted to charge us more for something that we thought was already included. He was a little ridiculous about it but then he met us halfway. First he said that he wasn't going to do it. We have a fairly expensive house and I thought he should have put something on it because we could offer referrals for him or have more work done. We eventually solved it and moved on but my husband had to have a couple of conversations with them to get it solved. They were not inexpensive at all. It had to do with backsplashes and their amount for a little bit of backsplash was a little bit ridiculous. They wanted several hundred dollars for a little bitty piece of granite that they were going to throw away. They did a good job. They have all of the CMC equipment and can do cuts and things like that. They did make the holes the wrong size but they were able to fix them. They did have the best equipment for anything very detailed and they could do all the computerized stuff.

The staff at Cadenza was always very responsive and provided details and answers to my questions in a timely manner. They came to my home and took accurate measurements in order to make the template and I had the countertops installed in less than 2 weeks. The fit was perfect and the one seam is barely visible. There was a fissure in the granite that I found concerning, so the owner of the company came the next day to discuss options. We decided to let them epoxy the fissure and polish it and he promised that we would not be able to see it afterward. He also promised that he would replace the counter top if we were not satisfied or if any further issues developed. The fissure is barely visible and we are very satisfied, overall, with the job they did.

Checked out a variety of granite fabs and all were good but Cadenza stood out. Toured facility, spoke with owner, very high-tech equipment. Great at providing advice. Cadenza is known for making "invisible" granite seams, however, I'm slightly disappointed with the seam. As explained to me, the tightness of the seam depends greatly on the type of granite. Some granite is more brittle than others so the seam may be more visible regardless of the high-tech equipment used. But Cadenza was able to layout the countertop design with only 1 seam which is at the cooktop so it is nicely hidden. It took some thought and great planning by Candenza to only have 1 seam. Very happy with the job. Cadenza was more expensive than the others but their professionalism and care makes the additional cost worth it.

We had Cadenza do our work after a recommendation from a friend. I cannot say enough about the professional work ethics. It started with trip to their showroom where we were greetd by a friendly staff and a very knowledable sales person named Taylor, we also met the owner, Ron, who gave us a tour of their shop and a few projects they were working on. I am in the remodeling business and have seen many stone counters installed by many area counter shops, and until I saw the Cadenza operation I would not even think about granite in our own home. I recommend Cadenza very highly, They stand alone in the fabrication and installation of stone counters!
