Did not keep original appointment, and I had to call them instead of them calling me to find out. Got plumbers out 2 days later. Cold water tap line was repaired fine, but parts were needed to fix outside spigot, and plumbers indicated they would return the next day. Scheduler never called...
Worker was unable to complete the installation at that time due to a defective new faucet that I had purchased the day before. I have bought another faucet and all have it installed by Keen Plumbing this week.
