He was very professional & knowledgeable of the products West Shore Home offered & how he could make this work for us. On the day of installation Kelvin & Keelan arrived on time arrived on time & got right to work. They arrived at 9:15 am & was completely finished by 5:45 pm. We had lots of water damage to our floor underneath the old shower. The floor had to be completely ripped out & rebuilt. We also needed new plumbing.
