About us
In 1976, Becky and Jesse Hill opened the doors to Hills Plumbing, in Wilson, NC. Under the direction and leadership of Jesse, the company provided a mix of commercial and residential plumbing repair and installation services. Things hit an upward swing in 1981 when Jesse put an advertisement in the plumbing section of our local Yellow Pages. Just one of many innovations he brought to bear through hard work, attention to detail, and never forgetting that family and customers come first. Jesse passed away in 1988 when the Hills daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Mark Wethington, purchased the business and changed its name to B & J Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. The B & J pays tribute to Becky and Jesse, while Heating & Air Conditioning reflected then (and now) our expansion into other home comfort services. For more than 30 years, weve been committed to providing you with prompt, courteous, professional and caring serviceand all at highly competitive prices.
