"Mr. Ellis was hired to assemble sunroom which he only came out on a Saturday to work on. We thought he was doing ok until we found out he had cut and electric socket in half and never told us, and also left cement all over frame, windows & house from pulling up lenoleum rug he had terribly installed and we told him it was terrible. He agreed and said he would replace it. He went to a carpet store and purchased himself and never came back to install floor. He sent us a text on April 17th and said carpet came in and he would come Saturday morning @ 8am to install the carpet and never showed up or called. My husband called him twice before sending the text with no return call. We sent him a tex on April 26 with no response today. At this point, we do not care for him to return to do nothing else. He left with the carpet not finished, tools to anchor sunroom down, us having to replace socket and light on deck which was also destroyed. Also, one of roof panels he installed in wrong place. Also, the plywood he purchased and installed is already cracking up and needs replacing. Would like to get thhis finished ASAP."

We reached out to him the first time and told him something was not right and he bs about coming back ! He then finally came back after begging my mom to delete her review first talking about protecting his name and ?.. here we are again with the same thing! Not fixed ! Last time he came he left our house a mess !!!!!!!! Dirt ? everywhere! The town of Warsaw asked did he go under the house and neither time did! He used an electric snake for a temporary fix !!!!!! "My husband and I came home from visiting family over the holidays to a busted pipe in our basement. It was the main water line coming into the house. There was a river coming out of our garage and 3 inches of water in our basement. Not exactly what you want to come home to from being on the road for 10 days. Next day I called Pro-Worker and someone was sent right away to assess the damage. Steve was great and within 20 minutes I had a reasonable quote. Next day Steve came back with an excavator to dig up and fix the pipe. Leading up to Steve's arrival, I was kept in the loop of the estimated time of arrival. We had called other commercial names in town. One gave us a quote 4 times greater. Told us it would take half a day and a crew of men to complete. A couple of others told us they couldn't get to us until the end of the week, even though we told them we had absolutely no running water. Pro Worker/Steve came with one other guy and was done in just a couple of hours. As you can tell by the length of this post, I can't say enough great things about Pro Worker. We would definitely use them again and suggest them to anyone!"
