"I contacted Philco Roofing & Remodeling for an issue after a storm damaged my roof. Not only did someone come out almost immediately to place a tarp over a damaged area to protect the interior ceiling from leaks, but their team also clearly communicated the underlying problem and what was necessary to fix it. On the day of replacing the roof, everyone arrived on time and the whole job was completed that day. I was well pleased with the whole experience, from Phil's professionalism, knowledge and customer service to the skilled crew who were hard working and cleaned up everything before leaving ! "Fidelity Roofing called the same day, scheduled to inspect our roof within the week. (They could have come earlier in the week, but my schedule was the conflict.) He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was. Really appreciated the follow through and thoroughness."
