"I contacted Philco Roofing & Remodeling for an issue after a storm damaged my roof. Not only did someone come out almost immediately to place a tarp over a damaged area to protect the interior ceiling from leaks, but their team also clearly communicated the underlying problem and what was necessary to fix it. On the day of replacing the roof, everyone arrived on time and the whole job was completed that day. I was well pleased with the whole experience, from Phil's professionalism, knowledge and customer service to the skilled crew who were hard working and cleaned up everything before leaving ! He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was. "Had to watch over this crew doing the job. Painter on job seemed to have a hard time doing what I wanted on every request. I have a cedar home and crew tried to replace fascia and soffit with pressure treated wood instead of cedar as discuss in contract. Was suppose to be hand brushed but used sprayer. Damage front gutter from ladder and told owner but nothing was done to correct it. Not the type you can trust to do the right thing to correct a wrong on their part."
