Dealing with Philco was an overwhelming positive experience. Total competency and professionalism was exhibited and the work was done at a highly reasonable cost. Phil called to confirm arrival time for estimate and for the work, showed up early in each case and brought a crew that was friendly, polite, highly skilled and hard working.

Very professional. Phillip went above and sent me several quotes based on changing the work we needed done slightly. The quality of the work was very good and having gotten quotes from several companies his prices seemed the most reasonable for the quality produced. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing construction needs you might have.

Philco Roofing did an excellent job replacing roof on my rental house. I needed it replaced asap and Phillip gave me an estimate and completed the job in one week. Very professional and did a great job on the roof and cleaning up after. Highly recommend this company.

Good job. Found some additional areas that needed some work. Leak is gone and replacement shingles look like originals. Only took 2 men 2 hours to complete the job. Will likely hire them to replace the shingles in a few years as long as the price is competitive.

I would highly recommend Philco Roofing and Remodeling for your next home improvement project. They put a new roof on our house, installed gutter guards, and reinforced the support posts on our front porch. The workers showed up on time, worked in a professional manner, and took care to clean up once the jobs were completed. We were willing to pay a little more by using this company to get the best in the business.

Went with Philco because of Phillip, his customer service made me feel at ease and how he talked us through the project I could tell he knew what he was doing. I would recommend Philco Roofing to anyone looking for a quality roofer.

Work was performed on small section of roof shingles damaged by microburst windstorm Saturday, July 8th. I noticed damage on 9th and checked HomeAdvisor for reference. They recommended same contractor who repaired previous leak issues on roof, so I emailed Phil for an appointment. He responded same day and we met following Monday morning. By 3:00 p.m., he contacted a gentleman working with him and the roof section was repaired by 4:15 p.m. that day. I have not been billed for the work yet, so cannot comment on cost, but prior work done for us was quick, thorough, and very fairly-priced. Would recommend this firm highly to anyone needing roofing services.

I researched and found good feedback about Philco Roofing and Remodeling company which is initially why I had them perform the services my mother needed for her house exterior (roof) and interior (flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodeling). We liked the owner Phillip Gilmore because he did not pressure us in into making a decision like other companies try to do. Phil was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly. He answered all our questions and concerns, and kept us posted through the process. We found Phil to have great interpersonal skills that delivers excellent customer service. We really enjoyed how friendly and conscientious the roofers were. The crew was fast, friendly and efficient. My mother is very happy with her new roof, kitchen and bathroom, especially Phil's meticulous personality, workmanship, clean up, and how he handled the whole process. I would like to say that the entire process from estimate to job completion could not have been better. I was not always at my mother's house while some work took place, but my mother was at ease with the crew and the craftsmanship. It is my impression that his crew worked in an extremely efficient manner and breezed right through the job, keeping us informed and addressing our concerns every step of the way. Phil went above and beyond on the job to make sure it was done as perfectly as possible. My mother and I are very satisfied with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. They followed through with everything in our contract and then some. Phil and Hunter went the extra mile to make sure everything was thoroughly and regularly cleaned up. This impressed us as much as the finished project, which looks great! Philip was very knowledgeable about what was required for the roof repairs needed. Very professional. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work in a timely manner. Work quality was excellent and pricing was very reasonable.
