"Fidelity Roofing called the same day, scheduled to inspect our roof within the week. (They could have come earlier in the week, but my schedule was the conflict.) He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was. Really appreciated the follow through and thoroughness."

"Had to watch over this crew doing the job. Painter on job seemed to have a hard time doing what I wanted on every request. I have a cedar home and crew tried to replace fascia and soffit with pressure treated wood instead of cedar as discuss in contract. Was suppose to be hand brushed but used sprayer. Damage front gutter from ladder and told owner but nothing was done to correct it. Not the type you can trust to do the right thing to correct a wrong on their part."
