    If you are considering a pool, you need to consider Superior Pools! We interviewed 5 different companies and once we spoke with Peter Johnson, we knew we had found our pool company. We have a challenging lot with serious water runoff issues; the moment Peter walked in the backyard, he said he knew exactly what to do and he did. The other companies had lists of things we needed to do prior to them starting work on a pool, Peter made water control part of the design and created a lovely backdrop for the pool and a larger deck where we wanted it....simply brilliant! Our site foreman, Ian MacCormack, was responsive and calming with all of the concerns of a newbie to the pool construction experience. He stood behind his word and did not stop until he was sure we were beyond happy. When Ian was not available, Jon always stepped up to make sure we were informed and aware of what was going on. Ian and Jon both added suggestions along the way of features we may want to add that added to the beauty and ease of care. Other Superior folks to mention are Kathy Giannuzzi for her great color and design input and Dan Jones for helping us learn how to take care of our gorgeous pool. Dan is great at making sure your investment is protected and I cannot tell you how much that means when one has absolutely no pool experience! We just love our Superior Pool

    Very professional, the crew was all dressed in company shirts and I could ask anyone on the crew a question. Management had to work with a difficult permit process and kept me informed on the schedule and progress. Pictures were sent to me showing the progress. Project done on time and several items had to be negotiated, which was a pleasant experience. Company president, Art, was very involved for the entire project, which made me more confident.     Service was excellent. Magic pools, owner Rick, came to our home approx. 50 miles from his office and provided us with a free estimate. Rick took time on a Saturday morning to show us several pools his company had recently completed. Pool installation was excellent and trouble free. Rick uses quality contractors from start to finish. He provides excellent service after the project is completed, and answers any questions you may have in a timely manner

    Having built several pools in Florida over the years we were prepared for the worst. We were expecting delay, delay, delay, change after change, numerous extra charges, and phone calls not returned. This was a totally different experience. It was a major project since it was built on a relatively steep incline and required extensive retaining walls, hence the high cost. However, it was a totally different experience than in Florida. There were NO delays, no extra charges except for changes we requested, and few of them. The vast majority of calls were answered when made and those that weren't were returned within the hour. Each stage of the process had a person in charge who could ALWAYS be reached. Every person we dealt with was professional and respectful. We would highly recommend Superior to anyone in North Carolina building a poo, especially in difficult situations such as is the norm on lakefront properties in the area

    Unfortunatly do to weather, my project was delayed . The retaining wall process went well. The crew that put up my wall were excelleant . You could tell this wasn't the first time they did this type of work. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to do this. After the wall and backfill dirt was finished, the pool installers came out and Layed out a templet of my pool and dug out the hole. They took precision measurements to insure the pool would be level. The pool was delivered and put into place. Then they hooked up the pool equipment and I had a water truck deliver about 10,000 gallons of filtered water. This saved a lot of time instead of using a garden hose to fill. This didn't fill the pool all the way. The tile man came out and tiled the pools water line with the selected tile we picked out. Then I topped off the water level and fired up the pool filtration. During the final water filling, charrlotte fiberglass was on site to make sure the pool equipment work as it was supposed to. Now my concrete deck can be done and I had the concrete overlay the top of the pool with a bullnose edge. Now my fence can be installed and were good to go swimming. Actually during the whole project, Charlotte fiberglass was on site. If I had any issues and they weren't around, they were a phone call away and responded immediately. I do have one issue with the product that was used on the steps. The manufacture of this product had a problem which allows the product to peel off. I am scheduled this spring to have the product removed and the new product put on. I looked into liner pools and also concrete pools which I had back in California . I am very happy with a fiberglass pool. Extremely easy to clean, a lot easer than the concrete plaster pool I use to have. All I can say is do your homework before buying. I did and I'm very satisfied with my purchase through Charolette fiberglass

    My husband and I have thought about putting in a pool for years. We met with several companies in the area, but never had a good feeling about them. We had heard enough of other people’s bad experiences to make us distrustful of slick salespeople, fancy drawings with hidden costs, and neglectful sub-contractors. We were almost ready to give up when I found True North Pools. From the beginning, I was impressed with Mike’s honesty, experience and pragmatism. His designer presented a beautiful drawing that creatively addressed every one of our wish list items and helped us find ways to bring it within our budget. It was not the least expensive proposal, but it was by far the best value – including beautiful touches like pebble finish and flagstone coping that were upgrades elsewhere. When construction began, Mike oversaw every phase himself, and communicated with us regularly. As newcomers to the process, I feel like we were constantly texting him questions, and he patiently responded to every one. When we requested minor changes in the design (adding decking, etc.), he made it happen and had good practical suggestions to keep costs minimal. I cannot say enough good things about every crew that he sent to our house. Their work ethic and expertise was incredible to watch. They arrived early and worked hard with little to no breaks in all kinds of conditions, including digging the pool when it was snowing! Each crew was professional and conscientious, and they delivered impeccable results. It was fascinating to watch the pool take shape over about 12 weeks and be able to appreciate all of the care and effort that goes into it. I think it makes me love the finished product even more! I am very grateful to Mike and True North Pools for making it such a great experience start-to-finish

    Team Scam! I can honestly say I’ve never written a negative review before. I want to give people the benefit of the doubt and a chance to redeem themselves. Everyone makes mistakes right? Well it’s a little bit different when you give someone your hard earned money and they don’t provide the services you agreed upon. Then you give them several more chances to redeem themselves and they ignore you. This is exactly what happened with Miguel and his team. I’m giving them one star because they did actually take some trees down, but not before taking out the side of my house (which they repaired). Not to mention no protective gear or helmets. That should have been a red flag but I digress. After the trees came down guess what? There were stumps that had to be removed. Not one stump was removed acceptably. All were left half ground with large parts protruding. The thing is I’m not high maintenance, all I wanted was to be able to run a lawn mower over the area. After several attempts at trying to get someone out to finish the job communication stopped. Must be nice to get paid and not do the work! And let me tell you stump removal is not cheap. Had to hire someone else to remove the stumps. So the moral of the story is if you want to get scammed out of hard earned money hire Team Edit

If your algorithm can identify districts in a city it ought to recognize an address that was located +30 miles away from it as NOT being part of it
