They were assigned to us by Home Depot. Installers did not know to open an access panel below dish washer door. I pointed out PCV pipes that led through the wall to the dishwasher space. They said a licnced plumber had to install. We spent days trying to get a licenced plumber. We paid Home Depot for the home install. Had to hire someone to install dishwasher. This past year have bought a washer, dryer and Dish Washer from Home Depot. The Buying experince was always pleasent and informative.

I originally called NuBlue to take a look at a couple toilets and a faulty tub drain. Upon further inspection, they found that my water shut off was leaking with water stains underneath as well as my water heater was bloated, leaking, and rusting in multiple places. My heater is a unique one as it doesn’t just heat my water but also my house, so they had to source it from out of state but they got me scheduled within a week to come back out and have everything replaced. The new heater came with manufactured defects, so they did another round trip out of state to get a replacement so I wouldn’t be without hot water or heat for more than a day. The guys were so kind, thorough, and professional. I can’t say wonderful things about them. I highly recommend them!

I would refer them however they told me that I would have interest free for 12 months. That was far from the truth so when I called the lending company they said they did not have anything for free interest for 12 months. Everything else was done to my satisfaction.

From top to bottom, receptionist to technician, NuBlue employees delivered. They are excellent communicators, explained what the problem was, how they were going to fix it, and then did so promptly. Most definitely hire them again, and have absolutely no complaints.

Dylan was amazing! Very professional, neat, clean, did an awesome job. I had toilet replaced and sink facet corrected. There was some debris in the filter. Dylan removed the source and clean it. Water running like normal again!!

The work quality was great. However, the cost seems excessive. I have a general idea of the material cost, and amount of labor to replace a water heater. In the end, I have hot water again, but feel taken advantage of in a somewhat desperate situation.
